Deciding to workout with Brett has by far been one of the best decisions I have made in a long time, when it comes to doing something for myself. The idea of working out with a personal trainer can be overwhelming, but Brett does a wonderful job of listening and understanding what you need/want to get out of your time together, then customizing the workouts and plan to fit those needs and wants. He is extremely knowledgeable in respect to diet, nutrition, and fitness, and is able to incorporate all of those into your plan, even if you choose to focus on only one area at a time, as I have been doing. My goal was to give myself an hour, 3 times a week, without distractions, to focus on only me. Now that I am in it full swing, I am beginning to consider incorporating the nutrition into my plan. It’s been 2 months, and I am already feeling stronger, mentally and physically, more energized, and less stressed. I would highly recommend Brett, even if it just begins with a conversation!
